Navigating leadership as a woman of color, across multiple cultures and power dynamics meant learning how to excel in rooms where I was often the only one who looked like me. Hard work alone wasn’t enough.
What made a difference was clarity, strategy, and a system that actually worked.
You’re capable. You deliver results. You’re trusted to perform. And yet, the journey isn’t always simple. The mental load can be heavy, expectations aren’t always spelled out, and the path forward can sometimes feel more complicated than it needs to be.
That’s why I created Kinetic Method:

My work sits at the intersection of coaching and consulting.
Coaching taught me how to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and help clients access their own clarity and conviction. Consulting taught me how to diagnose quickly, apply proven frameworks, and translate insight into practical action.
On their own, each has limits.
Coaching without direction can stall.
Consulting without reflection rarely sticks.
So I combine both.
